In accordance with Section 239 of the Municipal Act 2001 (as amended) the County of Wellington has appointed an investigator.

New Forest Conservation By-law 5115-09
This by-law was approved by the County on September 24th, 2009 and is now in effect. Tree by-law 3961-94 was repealed.
